South Korea’s ministry of gender equality and family has come under firefor suggesting a cap on K-pop stars appearing on television shows as the singers look too alike. “Are the singers on TV music shows twins? They seriously lookidentical. Most are idol group members,” a guideline issued by the ministry said.
