做名词（Noun），举个栗子就是：the maintenance fund is a one-off. 公共维修基金是一次性支付的。
如果是adjective 2, 举个栗子： one-off design,
什么意思呢：
A”one-off” design is custom, one-of-a-kind, not intended to ever be repeated.
就是说这个设计是定制的，一类中的唯一一个，不再支重复。 如果这个design还要被复制，这个就不叫one-off deisng，而叫prototype。 不过我们翻译成中文它不叫一次性设计，而叫定制设计。
